Xanadu is a St. Louis salon built around collaboration, creativity, self-expression and great hair. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable, seen, and welcome in the salon chair. Our team specializes in lived-in color, creative color, blonding, grey blending, razor cutting, curls, and hair for all textures and identities. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, we’re here to help you feel like yourself. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Xanadu, your time (and ours) is precious. These policies keep everything flowing smoothly so you can relax, and get the full experience without stress. Life happens, but please respect our artists’ time. Cancel within 48 hours and you’ll be charged 50% of your service. No-shows? That’s a full charge, 100%. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation with a 50% fee. The golden rule? Talk to your artist, communication goes a long way.
